Tonight is our church’s annual meeting. It’s an interesting time as we reflect, project, and pray together. And during these moments I’m called to deliver a “state of the union” kind of address.
This assignment reminds me that by far the bulk of Biblical prophecy was directed to groups, not individuals. That God has something to say to churches, nations, governments, boards, committees, and maybe even small groups.
What groups are you part of? What is God saying to you about them? Anything you should share? Pray about?
