My post today is simple. God’s been teaching me that sometimes listening for him begins with asking him questions and THEN listening for his reply.
So today, when something interesting or painful happens, try asking Jesus some questions about it:
“Lord, what’s really going on here?
“What am I not seeing that would help me understand this more clearly?”
“What are you up to in this?”
“What do you want from me right now?”
