a bit about me

I’m a creative explorer.

There’s nothing like exploring life’s frontiers and facing our fears as we fulfill God’s purposes for our lives. Human beings are designed to make the invisible visible, to translate spiritual things into physical form. My heart isn’t happy unless I’m creating something!

I love life, family, and friends.

My wife, Shauna, is my life-long best friend and treasure. I adore my three adult kids and their amazing ‘others.’ I also love warm cinnamon buns and key-lime pie, and can’t wait to see what God does with me.

I’m on a kingdom-come mission.

My life is about making God’s dreams come true—seeing his kingdom come and his will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Making my heavenly Father smile is everything. 

I’ve served as a youth leader, youth pastor, lead pastor, and church planter for nearly thirty-five years, dedicating my life to helping people love and trust Jesus.
